1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

- Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days
- Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (if available)
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location within India.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above ₹499 (or your preferred threshold)
- Standard shipping: ₹49–₹99 depending on location
- Express shipping charges will be shown at checkout
4. Shipping Partners We ship via trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Shiprocket, BlueDart, or India Post depending on your location.
5. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your order on the courier's website.
6. Delivery Issues
- If your package is delayed beyond the estimated time, please contact us.
- GrabNMore is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of a lost shipment, we will investigate and offer a replacement or refund.
7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. GrabNMore is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD) COD is available on select pin codes. COD orders may take an additional 1–2 days for processing.
